In the late 1980's, several
of our clients faced an onslaught of employment litigation matters ranging from
wrongful termination to employment discrimination, to wage and hour issues. The
firm was, thus, thrust into the litigation management and trials of these
various matters.
Growing into a significant segment of the firm's practice, we have handled all
forms of discrimination actions including age, sex, race, religion,
disabilities, and pregnancy. The firm has managed and litigated wage and hour
claims of lesser magnitude, to some of the largest in the nation. We have
handled them on behalf of individual clients and large multi-national
corporations.
In each of these matters, the firm has taken on the challenges presented by
each client, and implemented sound, fundamental legal principles. In each case
the firm has applied hard work and innovative thinking to solving our clients'
problems, using the latest technology and most cost-effective methods
possible.
